In November, 2016, Chief Noble implemented the Internet Purchase Exchange Zone located in the parking lot of Yorktown Police Headquarters. According to Chief Noble, "just about any purchase that would require a face-to-face meeting to finalize a legal transaction can be conducted within this designated area. Our business hours are 24/7/365, so if you are a Yorktown resident and need our front parking lot to make your legal transaction much safer, please use it."
