15 Year Old Girl Charged with Juvenile Delinquency After Assaulting Two Victims

Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 15 year old female, who is charged with Juvenile Delinquency.  The underlying charge if committed by an adult would be Assault in the 3rd degree (a Class "A" Misdemeanor).
 
According to police, on April 22, 2018 at approximately 7:00 PM, Yorktown Police responded to a report of an altercation on Stony Street in Yorktown.  Police conducted an investigation and it is alleged that the Juvenile did get into a physical altercation with two victims, causing them pain and both victims had injuries as a result.
 
On 04/24/2018 the Juvenile was arrested at 1349 East Main Street and processed on the Juvenile Delinquency charge.  The Juvenile was issued a Juvenile Appearance Ticket.  The Juvenile is due to appear in the Westchester County Department of Probation on May 1, 2018 at 10 AM.
