18 Year Old Charged with Marijuana Possession Following Noise Complaint

Yorktown Police report the arrest of an 18 year old Yorktown man, who is charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation.
 
According to police, on May 15, 2018 at approximately 01:07 AM, P.O.’s DiPietrantonio and Gregorio were dispatched to investigate a noise complaint on Friends Rd.  An investigation at the scene revealed that the defendant was allegedly in possession of marijuana.  The defendant was arrested and transported to the Yorktown Police Department for processing. 
 
The defendant was processed on the above charge and released on his own recognizance to a parent.  He is due back in the Yorktown Justice Court on June 19, 2018 at 6:00 PM.
