Yorktown Police report the arrest of a thirty year old Yorktown Heights, NY resident who is charged with two counts of Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Class “A” Misdemeanor.
On March 30, 2019 at about 1:10 pm, Officer Tillistrand responded to a Mohegan Lake residence to investigate a domestic incident complaint. Subsequent to the officer’s investigation, it is alleged that the defendant threatened to kill the female victim in both a text message and during a phone call to the victim. The defendant was contacted by Yorktown Police and voluntarily surrendered himself at Yorktown Police Headquarters. The defendant was processed on two counts of Aggravated Harassment. He was later arraigned in Cortlandt Justice Court by the Hon. Daniel McCarthy, who issued a temporary order of protection in favor of the female victim and the defendant was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court on April 4th, 2019 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
