Traffic Arrest

Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 35 year old Cortlandt Manor man, who is charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree, an Unclassified Misdemeanor.
 
Police report that on July 27, 2018 at about 6:47 pm, P.O. Curtis responded to a property damage automobile accident on Route 202.  After the accident report was completed, P.O. Curtis received a delayed driver's license inquiry, which showed that the defendant’s license was suspended for failure to pay a fine in the Town Of Mount Pleasant.
 
The defendant was contacted and voluntarily surrendered at Yorktown Police Headquarters on August 2, 2018, where he was issued a summons and released on his own recognizance.  He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on September 4, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
