Bronx Man Arrested on Multiple Drug Charges After Officer Spots Him Using Cocaine in Parking Lot2/21/2019
Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 26 year old Bronx man, who is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, a Class C Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, a Class D Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a Violation.
According to Police, on February 18, 2019 at approximately 11:40 AM, P.O. Hannigan was on a routine patrol when he saw suspicious activity by the defendant who was sitting inside of a parked vehicle. P.O. Hannigan approached the vehicle and observed the defendant using Cocaine. Further investigation revealed the defendant was in possession of a quantity of Alprazolam pills, Endocet pills, MDMA pills, tabs of LSD and approximately 21.5 grams of marijuana. The defendant was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters for processing. At Headquarters, the defendant was processed on the above charges and arraigned by the Honorable Gary Raniolo who set bail at $5000.00 cash or bond which the defendant was unable to post. The defendant was remanded to the custody of the Westchester County Department of Corrections and due is back in Yorktown Justice on February 21, 2019 at 06:00 PM. Comments are closed.
