Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 40 year old Mission Viejo, CA resident, who is charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd degree, a Class B Misdemeanor.
According to Police, on August 15, 2019 at 11:57 AM, a report was received that a male was on the property of Yorktown High School refusing to leave. Sgt. Dillon, P.O. Curtin, P.O. Rana and P.O. Mundy responded and conducted an investigation. It is alleged that the defendant did remain on the Yorktown High School Property located at 2727 Crompond Road after being asked to leave numerous times by school officials. The defendant was arrested and brought to Yorktown Police Department for processing. He was processed and arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court by the Honorable Judge Raniolo. Judge Raniolo issued a stay away order of protection, forbidding the defendant from being on any Yorktown School District properties. The defendant was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Yorktown Justice Court on September 17, 2019 at 6 PM. Comments are closed.
