Yorktown Police report that a 55 year old Cortlandt Manor man was served with a Criminal Summons for an underlying charge of Harassment 2nd, a Violation.
On April 16, 2018, Yorktown Police responded to the Lakeland Schools Administration Building for a harassment complaint. Yorktown Police Officers and Detectives conducted an investigation. They determined that between January 17, 2018 and June 17, 2018, the defendant left approximately 25 voicemail messages on the victim’s voicemail system that served no legitimate purpose and caused the victim annoyance and alarm. At the victims’ request, a Criminal Summons was obtained from the Yorktown Justice Court for a charge of Harassment 2nd Degree. On June 28, 2018, the summons was served to the defendant by PO Paniccia. The defendant is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on July 12, 2018 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
