Yorktown Police report that a 55 year old Cortlandt Manor man was served with a Criminal Summons for an underlying charge of Harassment 2nd Degree, a Violation.
On October 2, 2018, Yorktown Police responded to 3636 Gomer Street for a harassment complaint. Yorktown Police patrol officers and detectives responded and conducted an investigation. Subsequent to their investigation, it is alleged that between October 12th and and October 21st, 2018 the defendant left voicemails on the victim’s voicemail system that served no legitimate purpose and caused the victim annoyance and alarm. At the victims’ request, a Criminal Summons was obtained from the Yorktown Justice Court for a charge of Harassment 2nd Degree. On November 13, 2018, the summons was then served to the defendant by Sgt. Rapisarda and Det. Tausz. The defendant is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on November 27, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
