Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 33 year old Fishkill woman, who is charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
On May 23, 2018 at approximately 07:31 PM, Yorktown Police responded to a call of two people arguing in a vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle was located and an investigation revealed that the defendant allegedly violated a Town of Southeast Court Temporary Order of Protection by being in the presence of the protected party. The defendant was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters for processing. The defendant was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Lagonia and bail was set at $1,000.00 cash or bond which she could not post. The defendant was remanded to the custody of the Westchester County Department of Corrections and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on June 12, 2018 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
