Croton-On-Hudson Man Arrested on Bench Warrant

Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 32 year old Croton-On-Hudson man, on a bench warrant issued by the Yorktown Justice Court for Failure to Appear in connection with the charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
 
On May 31, 2018 at 6:00 pm,  it is alleged that the defendant missed a scheduled court appearance in Yorktown Justice Court and a bench warrant was issued.  On June 7, 2018 at approximately 6:25 pm, the defendant responded to Police Headquarters and was arrested on the warrant. 
 
The defendant was processed and arraigned by the Honorable Judge Raniolo, and released after posting $140.00 bail in court.  He is due back in Yorktown Justice Court on June 21, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
