Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 66 year old Cortlandt Manor man on a charge of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a Class "D" Felony.
On 4/10/2018 P.O. Battista was assigned to investigate a larceny that occurred at Curry Honda, 3845 Crompond Road, Yorktown Heights, NY. Following an investigation by P.O. Battista and Det. Davis, it’s alleged that between April 12, 2017 and April 10, 2018, the defendant stole approximately $14,623.48 from Curry Honda, by completing fraudulent merchandise returns and allegedly removing United States currency from the cash register within the store. On 05/1/18 at 3:43 pm the defendant appeared at Yorktown Police HQ’s and was placed under arrest on the Grand Larceny 3rd charge. Following Processing on the charge, the defendant was arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court and released on his own recognizance. The defendant is to appear in Yorktown Justice court on May 22, 2018 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
