Domestic Arrest

Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 44 year old Mohegan Lake man, who is charged with Criminal Mischief In The Third Degree, a Class E Felony.
 
According to police on July 1st 2018 at 2:34pm a call was received from a female resident of Stony St reporting a domestic incident.  Officers Curtin and Curtis were dispatched to the scene at which time an investigation was conducted which revealed that the male defendant intentionally damaged a television set jointly owned with the female resident of Stony St. 
 
The defendant, who had left the scene prior to the arrival of the officers, was located on Stony Manor Court and placed under arrest in reference to the incident at 3:05 pm.  Following processing on the aforementioned charge, the defendant was arraigned by Judge Lagonia, who issued a temporary order of protection, and released him on $500 cash bail.
