Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 37 year old male from Ossining, NY who is charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of .18 or More, both Unclassified Misdemeanors, Unsafe Lane Change and Unlicensed Driver, both Traffic Infractions.
On November 24, 2017 at about 4:30 pm Sgt. Dillon and P.O. Palladino responded to a motor vehicle crash on Pines Bridge Road at the intersection of Chadeayne Road. Upon arrival, the officers identified the defendant as the operator of the vehicle and further investigation revealed the defendant was Driving While Intoxicated. The driver was arrested at the scene and transported to Yorktown Police Headquarters. He was additionally charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .18 or More after taking a breath test, Unsafe Lane Change and Unlicensed Driver. The defendant was released on $200.00 cash bail to a family member. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on December 7, 2017 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
