Garrison Man Charged with Dumping Construction Debris Off of Town Roadway

Yorktown Police report issuing a summons to a 48 year old Garrison, NY, resident, who is charged with Dumping, a Town Code Violation.
 
On November 17, 2020, Yorktown Police received a report of construction debris in the roadway on Baldwin Road.  P.O. Campion was assigned to investigate and responded.  Upon arrival, P.O. Campion observed a pile of construction debris which was dumped on the side of the roadway.  Following an investigation, the defendant was identified.  It is alleged that the defendant did dump construction debris on the side of Baldwin Road.
 
On November 18, 2020, the defendant responded to Baldwin Road and was issued an appearance ticket for the above charge.  The defendant was processed on scene and released on his own recognizance.  The defendant is due to return to the Yorktown Justice Court on December 3, 2020, at 6:00 PM.
