On November 5, 2020 at approximately 6:26 pm, Yorktown Police responded to Croton Heights Rd. for a report of an intoxicated disorderly subject blocking the roadway. PO Rohr and PO Doherty were dispatched to investigate. An investigation at the scene was conducted, during which time the defendant allegedly stood in front of a vehicle and blocked the roadway.
