Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 20-year-old male from New Rochelle NY, who is charged with 4 counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, eac a Class "E" Felony.
Police report that on July 8, 2020 at about 3:13 AM they responded to multiple reports of larcenies from motor vehicles in the area of Barberry Road. Investigation by police revealed that the defendant allegedly stole multiple credit cards from unlocked vehicles. On December 10, 2020, Yorktown Police were advised that the defendant was in custody at the Westchester County Department of Public Safety on an unrelated charge. Officer Curtis and Detective Swart responded to the Westchester County Department of Public Safety headquarters where the defendant was placed under arrest. The defendant was transported to the Yorktown Police Department and processed on the above charges. The defendant was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court on January 5, 2021 at 6:00PM. Comments are closed.
