Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 15 year old from Peekskill, New York, who is charged with Juvenile Delinquency, the underlying charge if committed by an adult being Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, a Class "A" Misdemeanor.
According to Police, on March 23, 2021 at 11:50 am, PO Curtin responded to 359 Downing Drive for a report of a fight in progress. Following an investigation, it is alleged that the 15 year old defendant threw a chair at a vehicle, causing damage. The subject left the scene prior to police arrival, but was later identified during further investigation. On May 13, 2021 the 15 year old and a parent responded to Yorktown Police Headquarters and was processed on the Juvenile Delinquency charge. The Juvenile was issued a Juvenile Appearance Ticket and is due to appear at the Westchester County Department of Probation on May 20, 2021 at 9:00 am. Comments are closed.
