Yorktown Police report the arrest of a twenty-eight year old Peekskill man, who is charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, an Unclassified Misdemeanor and Unlicensed Driver, a Traffic Infraction.
On May 21, 2018 at about 9:17 am, Officer Curtin responded to a personal injury auto accident on Crompond Rd. near Garden Lane. While conducting an accident investigation at the scene, a routine driver’s license inquiry was performed and it is alleged that one of the drivers' licenses was revoked for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. It is also alleged that the defendant's driver’s license was expired at the time of the accident. The defendant was arrested at the scene and transported to Yorktown Police Headquarters for processing. He was released on $250 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on June 26, 2017 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
