Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 37 year old Peekskill man, who is charged with Violation of Probation, a Violation.
According to Police, on March 19, 2021 at approximately 11:21 am, P.O. David and PO Rohr were dispatched to the Triangle Shopping Center for a report of a domestic incident. Upon arrival, PO David made contact with the defendant and began his investigation. A routine check revealed that the defendant allegedly had an outstanding warrant for violating probation out of Westchester County. P.O. David confirmed the warrant with the Westchester County Department of Public Safety. The male was placed under arrest and brought to the Yorktown Police Headquarters for processing. The Westchester County Department of Public Safety arrived at Yorktown Police Headquarters a short time later and took the defendant into custody. Comments are closed.
