Peekskill Man Arrested on Two Bench Warrants

​Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 28 year old Peekskill man on 2 bench warrants issued by the Yorktown Justice Court for Failure to appear in connection with the charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd.
 
On April 17, 2018 at 06:00 PM it is alleged that the defendant missed a scheduled court appearance in Yorktown Court and 2 bench warrants were issued.  On April 20, 2018 at approximately 07:45 PM the defendant responded to Police Headquarters and was arrested on the warrant. 
 
The defendant was processed and arraigned by the Honorable Judge Raniolo, who released him on his own recognizance.  He is due back in Yorktown Justice Court on April , 2018 at 6:00 pm.
