Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 51 year old Peekskill, NY resident who is charged with thirty-two counts of Aggravated Harassment 2nd, a Class "A" Misdemeanor.
According to police, Detective Davis was assigned to investigate an aggravated harassment complaint. It is alleged that between June 14, 2017 and November 29, 2017, the defendant called the Yorktown Police Department thirty-two times, each time leaving a harassing message for another officer. As a result of the investigation, the defendant was located and arrested. He was transported to police headquarters and processed on the aforementioned charges. The defendant was arraigned before the Honorable Salvatore Lagonia, who issued a Temporary Order of Protection. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in court on January 13, 2018 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
