Yorktown Police report that a 69 year old Shrub Oak man served with a Criminal Summons for the underlying charge of Harassment 2nd, a Violation.
On July 6, 2018 at about 4:00 pm, PO Campion took a walk-in complaint at Yorktown Police Headquarters of a dispute which occurred at Deccico Family Markets, located at 3651 Lee Rd. An investigation revealed that the defendant allegedly yelled profanities at the victim while allegedly pushing a shopping cart into her leg. At the victims’ request, a Criminal Summons was obtained from the Yorktown Justice Court for a charge of Harassment 2nd Degree. On August 19, 2018, at approximately 6:20 pm, the summons was personally served on the defendant by P.O. Campion. The Defendant is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on September 20, 2018 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
