Yorktown Police report that a seventeen year old male from Bedford, New York, whose name is being withheld due to eligibility for Youthful Offender Status, was served with a Criminal Summons for an underlying charge of Harassment 2nd, a Violation.
On October 10, 2018, Yorktown Police personnel responded to the BOCES Fox Meadow campus on Fox Meadow Rd. for an altercation between a student and a staff member. After conducting an investigation at the scene and at the victim’s request, a Criminal Summons was obtained from the Yorktown Justice Court for a charge of Harassment 2nd Degree. On October 25, 2018 at about 9:45 am, PO David and Det. Tausz responded to the seventeen year old’s residence in Bedford and served him the Criminal Summons. The seventeen year old is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on November 8, 2018 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
