Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 59 year old Wappinger Falls, NY resident who is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a class D felony and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor.
On November 19, 2019 at approximately 4:57 PM Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officer Hannigan located the vehicle at 1710 Baldwin Road and identified the operator. A computer check at the scene revealed that the defendant’s driving privilege in New York was allegedly suspended multiple times for failure to answer a summons. Further investigation revealed that the defendant was allegedly in possession of a quantity of heroin and a quantity of crack cocaine. The defendant was arrested at the scene and transported to police headquarters. The defendant was processed on the above charges and held pending an arraignment. Comments are closed.
