Weapon Possession

Yorktown Police report the arrest of 19 year old Yonkers NY resident who is charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3RD degree, Criminal Possession of a weapon 4TH degree, both class A misdemeanors and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana a violation.
 
On October 02, 2017 at approximately 05:17 PM P.O M. Woodard while on routine patrol On Croton Lake RD. observed a vehicle that was allegedly speeding and a vehicle and traffic stop was initiated.  Further investigation on scene revealed that the defendant was in possession of a stun gun and a quantity of marijuana.  The defendant was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters.
 
After processing on the above charges the defendant was released on $250.00 bail and is due back in Yorktown Court on November 02, 2017 at 6:00 PM.
