Yorktown Police report the arrest of a forty-six year old Yorktown Heights man, on a charge of Trespass, a Penal Law Violation.
On September 20, 2018 at about 10:19 am, Yorktown Police responded the rear of the Triangle Shopping Center for a trespass complaint called into police headquarters by a maintenance worker for the property. After interviewing the maintenance worker and conducting an investigation at the scene, it is alleged that the defendant was trespassing on the property after being told that he was not allowed on the property by the same maintenance worker the day before. The defendant was arrested at the scene and transported to Yorktown Police Headquarters. He was subsequently arraigned by the Honorable Gary Raniolo, who issued a Temporary Order of Protection in favor of the maintenance worker and released him on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on September 27, 2018 at 6:00 pm. Comments are closed.
