Yorktown Man Arrested Following Larceny at Lowe's Home Improvement

Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 55 year old Yorktown, NY resident who is charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
 
Police report that, on June 27, 2019, P.O. Woodard was dispatched to Yorktown Police Headquarters for a report of a past larceny at Lowes. Investigation revealed that the suspect allegedly stole merchandise from Lowes on June 22, 2019 at approximately 7:25 PM, totaling $1,148.00.
 
The defendant was identified during the investigation and turned himself into Yorktown Police Department on July 18, 2019 at about 9:57 PM. The defendant was processed on the above charge and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in Yorktown Justice Court on August 22, 2019 at 06:00 pm.
