Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 35 year old Yorktown man, who was arrested and held on a Warrant of Arrest issued by Westchester County Family Court Judge Hal Greenwald ordering the defendant to appear at White Plains Family Court.
According to police, the defendant turned himself into Yorktown Police Department on June 2, 2018 for the open warrant issued by Judge Hal Greenwald of the White Plains Family Court. P.O. Ellsworth and Det. Tausz took the defendant into custody on the warrant. The defendant was processed and arraigned by the Honorable Gary Raniolo who remanded the defendant to Westchester County Department of Corrections in lieu of bail. He is due back in White Plains Family Court on June 4, 2018 at 9:30 AM. Comments are closed.
