Yorktown Man Charged with Threatening Victim With a Knife During a Domestic Dispute

Yorktown Police report the arrest of a sixty-two year old Yorktown, New York resident, who is charged with Menacing in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation.
 
On November 29, 2020, at about 12:09 pm, Yorktown Police responded to a residence to investigate a report of a domestic incident.  PO Pagliuca was dispatched and conducted an investigation.  Following an investigation, it’s alleged that the defendant did threaten the victim with a knife, causing the victim to be in fear of serious physical injury or death.  It is also alleged that the defendant did push the victim to the ground.  At 1:13 pm, PO Pagliuca placed the defendant under arrest and transported to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.
 
The defendant was processed at Yorktown Police Headquarters and later arraigned in the Yorktown Justice Court by the Honorable Salvatore Lagonia.  The defendant was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on December 15, 2020, at 6:00 pm.
