Yorktown Man Violates Order of Protection After Being Caught Under the Influence of Alcohol5/2/2018
Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 49 year old Yorktown man, who is charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, a Class "A" Misdemeanor.
According to Police, on April 28, 2018 at about 4:24 AM officers responded to a report of a domestic incident at an address located in the Town of Yorktown. Following an investigation, it is alleged that the defendant was under the influence of alcohol, which is in violation of a duly served order of protection issued by the Westchester County Family Court. The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for arrest processing. Following processing on the above charge, the defendant was arraigned by Judge Raniolo and he was released on his own recognizance. The defendant is due back at the Yorktown Justice Court on May 3, 2018 at 6:00 PM. Comments are closed.
