Yorktown Police & Westchester County Drug Task Force Members Arrest Yorktown Man for Drug Sales

Yorktown Police report the arrest of a 24 year old Yorktown Heights man, who is charged with Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the 3rd Degree, a Class "E" Felony, and two counts of Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the 4th Degree, Class "A" Misdemeanor.
 
Between February 16, 2017 and March 20, 2017, Yorktown Police officers, along with members of the Westchester County Drug Task Force, conducted an investigation into the alleged sale of marijuana by the defendant within the Town of Yorktown.  As a result of this investigation, the defendant was contacted on August 2, 2018 and voluntarily surrendered himself at Yorktown Police Headquarters, where he was arrested.
 
The defendant was processed on the above charges and later released on his own recognizance.  He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on September 04, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
